and Conditions: Music Sales Corporation

Canada, and the remainder of North/South America)
1. Credit
A fully completed and approved credit application is required to
secure a line of credit. Terms are 1% 10 days / net 30.
2.
Prepayment Options
You may pay by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) and receive an additional
3% net cash discount. Your card will be charged at time of shipping.
Credit cards are our recommended prepayment option.
You may choose to have your order shipped COD (Cash On Delivery.)
COD orders receive an additional 3% net cash discount, but considerable UPS COD
fees will apply.
Frequent changes to your method of payment (between open account
and credit card payments, or between several different credit cards) are discouraged
and may delay your orders.
3. Backorders
You may choose the period of time for which backorders remain active
on the system, eg. '30 days.' Should you wish to cancel any backorders, please contact
your Sales Representative at 800-431-7187.
Backorders which ship before they are cancelled cannot be returned.
A list of backorders is available upon request.
You may also choose not to receive any backorders, by notifying your
Sales Rep. Please note that archive items and imports will be automatically backordered
regardless of your backorder status; to avoid receiving unwanted archive/imports,
please remove all 'out of stock' items from your order before processing.
4. Returns
and Errors
All items are sold on a firm sale basis and are not returnable except
for items damaged in transit, defective items, or errors in fulfillment. Damages,
misships and shortages must be reported within 30 days of receipt of goods. Return
authorization must be obtained from Customer Service at 800-431-7187.
5. Order
Input errors

Please be advised that all titles and quantities entered at msdealers.com
are the responsibility of the individual placing the order. Only damages, misships
and shortages are returnable. Input errors regarding shipping addresses are also
the responsibility of the individual inputting the order.
6. Archive
items / Imports
Archive items have a maximum discount of 25%.
Import items have a maximum discount of 40%. Archive and import items will ship
as they arrive in our warehouse, and cannot be held to ship with other orders.
Contact your Sales Rep for information on delivery times.
7. Discount
The daily discount on your account will apply to all orders placed
at msdealers.com. The only exceptions are capped items (including, but not limited
to, imports, archive items, and select Shawnee Press items.) If you are placing
a stock order, or any other order which should receive a promotional discount, please
contact your Sales Rep before inputting your order.
8. Rush
orders / Dropship orders / Address changes
Orders requiring expedited shipping (red, blue, orange labels, etc.)
may not ship until the following day if placed at msdealers.com.
For fastest service, contact your Sales Rep directly.
Orders requiring dropships (shipping directly to your customer) are
not currently supported on msdealers.com.

If the correct shipping address for your store does not appear on
msdealers.com, please contact your
Sales Rep.
9. Shipping
Please specify the shipping method you wish to use. If not specified,
we will ship your order by the most economical and trackable method available.
10. Modifying
/ Cancelling an order placed on msdealers.com
Please contact your Sales Rep immediately if you need to modify or
cancel your order.
